Ready for GE1/1 construction in cleanroom, with A. Russo, (2017)
Joining CMS in 2006, the INFN Frascati group contributed to muon projects, namely RPC and GEM. Initial responsibility was to complete the quality control for RPC barrel chambers, and the design, construction, commissioning and operation of the Gas Gain Monitoring system, a part of the RPCs. The activity on the GEMs followed with detector R&D, materials studies and search for ecogases. Frascati is one of the construction sites of the GE1/1 detector and will start construction in 2017.
