The main role of the CMS group from Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information’s Global Science Experimental Data Hub Center is to provide sustainable service for the CMS community. Six members are involved in running CMS Tier-2 and CMS Tier-3 sites. CMS Tier-3 plays an important role as a central place for Korean CMS researchers to conduct their analysis tasks. A new CMS Tier-2 in Korea is expected to begin its official service in early 2018.
