NIKIET’s group developed an endcap mechanical design in 1997. At the present time NIKIET’s Group actively participates in CMS Phase-2 Upgrade. Igor Golutvin (RDMS CMS Spokesperson) has been the scientific leader of NIKIET’s Group since 1997. New young engineer-designers of NIKIET’s Group were accepted as members of the CMS Collaboration in 2015.
